Over the course of a year, Levitt Pavilion Arlington hosts more than fifty free outdoor performances from a wide variety of professional musical performers performing genres as diverse as world music, jazz, and Texas-born country, as well as hot indie acts. As part of its “Share the Stage” mission to promote local musicians in North Texas, the Levitt often hosts performances by up-and-coming artists and original performers across a wide variety of musical genres, including many Grammy Award winners.
More than fifty annual free outdoor concerts are held at Levitt Pavilion Arlington, which is located in the center of Downtown Arlington. At the Levitt Pavilion, you may experience a variety of musical styles, from the native Texas country music to hot Latin rhythms, indie sounds, and bluesy musical soul food. Family Movie Nights are a part of the summer concert series, and they include films suitable for all ages.
Indulge in a night out listening to Grammy Award winners and nominees as well as up-and-coming performers from our local community and around the world; all you need is a blanket or lawn chair, a cooler full of beverages and snacks, and a car full of friends and family. The Levitt Pavilion is a gathering place for locals and those from the surrounding area to watch movies and listen to music without having to worry about the cost or the dress code.
Except for Levitt’s paid charity performances (Chase Rice and KC and the Sunshine Band; costs start at roughly $45 for these events), all shows and community festivities are free. Seasonal supporters include Baylor Scott & White Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital – Arlington and the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation. All attendees are kindly asked to consider making a donation at the door to help sustain the Levitt’s annual free outdoor music series.
Partners, stakeholders, and Levitt friends and fans have kept Arlington’s live music industry thriving. Several well-known performers and local events will make this autumn one to remember. Tickets for the benefit concerts should be purchased as soon as possible, and guests are encouraged to attend early to all events. The audience can expect another fantastic run of music from a wide variety of established and up-and-coming acts at this venue.
Arriving early is strongly encouraged, especially for events involving well-known performers. For free Levitt events, lawn chairs and coolers are welcome, but not allowed. There is a strict no-glass policy in effect. Alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and spirits can be purchased at the on-site concessions stand. Downtown Arlington is filled with unique restaurants perfect for pre- and post-show meals.
